1. Order Cancellations & Refunds

If an order is cancelled by the admin or cannot be fulfilled due to technical reasons, the exact order amount is automatically refunded back to your platform wallet balance.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Once an order is marked as 'Completed' or processing has started with incorrect user inputs (such as wrong Player ID, incorrect login credentials, or invalid backup codes), refunds will not be issued.

3. Wallet Additions

Funds added directly to your platform wallet via payment gateways are non-transferable and must be used for purchasing services or products on the platform.
